1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and z7gam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://z7gam.cam and all associated services, games, features and content offered therein.

z7gam is an English-language online gambling information and gaming platform built for Pakistani players. We provide sports betting markets — with a strong focus on cricket, PSL and ICC events — live casino games, slots, table games and esports betting, alongside transparent bonus information and responsible gambling resources.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on z7gam, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We strictly prohibit use of the Platform by persons under the applicable minimum age.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Personal use: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any other person or entity.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any restriction placed on your account by z7gam or the applicable operator.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4 Registration & Account Management

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. z7gam may, at its sole discretion, merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. z7gam will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security.

• Account credentials must not be shared, sold or transferred to any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified us of a security breach in writing without undue delay.
• Accounts registered in a false name or using another person's identity documents will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
• z7gam reserves the right to require re-verification of your identity at any time as part of our ongoing compliance obligations.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use z7gam solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or connected networks.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit errors, system glitches or bonus offers in bad faith.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening z7gam staff or other users through any support or communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing or commercially exploiting any content, odds data, software or intellectual property from the Platform without prior written consent.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6 Deposits & Payments

Funds deposited into your z7gam Account are held for the purpose of real-money play and are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
• Deposit amounts are denominated in the currency supported by your Account. Where applicable, Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) amounts will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• Payment method availability is determined by the operator and may include options familiar to Pakistani players such as bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or digital payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. 7 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your Account subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Any active Bonus funds or funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. Alternative withdrawal routes may require additional verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are set by the operator. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers may take 1–5 business days; digital wallet withdrawals are typically faster but are not guaranteed same-day.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

z7gam may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, reload offers and other promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a stated wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Maximum bet restriction: While an active bonus is applied to your Account, a maximum eligible bet per spin/round applies. Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unused bonus and associated winnings will be removed from your Account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing one is active will void the previous bonus.
• Abuse prevention: Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. z7gam reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse, arbitrage, or bad-faith exploitation is detected.
• Eligibility: Certain promotions may be restricted by country, payment method, game category or account tier. Eligibility is determined by the operator at its sole discretion.

9 Games & Betting

z7gam offers a range of real-money gaming and betting products including, but not limited to, sports betting (cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and esports), live casino, slots, RNG table games, and game shows. The following terms govern your participation in these products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer outcomes. z7gam does not manipulate game results.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for certified games are published where available. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Bets once placed are final and cannot be cancelled, except where the operator's in-play cash-out or bet-editing feature explicitly permits modification prior to event settlement.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or malfunction during a game or bet, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game provider's or operator's fair-play policy. The recorded server-side result shall be authoritative.

10 Responsible Gambling

z7gam is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling must remain an entertainment activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to affect your financial, mental or personal well-being, you are encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform and to seek external support without delay.

• Deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits are available to all registered Users through the Account settings or by contacting support.
• Cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options allow Users to temporarily or permanently restrict their access to real-money gambling features.
• Accounts belonging to self-excluded players will not have self-exclusion lifted before the expiry of the agreed period under any circumstances.
• Access is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or above (or the applicable higher minimum age). We apply age-verification measures and will close any Account found to belong to a minor.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

z7gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Account found to belong to a person under the minimum age requirement.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.
• Inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the applicable dormant account policy and any notice requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the User for responsible gambling reasons, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the User following verification, less any applicable pending wagering requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7gam, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content.
• Interruptions, delays, errors or omissions in Platform availability caused by third-party providers, infrastructure failures, force majeure events or factors outside our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local law regarding online gambling.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the z7gam Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of z7gam or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without our prior written consent.
• The z7gam name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary to z7gam. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content, software and associated intellectual property rights belong to the respective third-party game providers and are licensed for use on the Platform.

14 Privacy & Data

15 Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the applicable operator is licensed to conduct its gambling operations.
